Why the reference is stable
The value written on chain does not change. What changes is the record it describes, and every change is versioned and anchored. A content identifier written straight into the token goes stale as soon as the file behind it is replaced, with nothing to signal it.
Scope of what is published. The registry state of this reference is written by a FACTOS key,
over a synthetic instrument, on a test network. What is published is a measured fact, never a
recommendation. It does not certify that the right is valid or enforceable in any given forum,
nor the authenticity of the identity binding of the parties.
